Casey N. Jobe is the co-founder and Managing Member of United Production Company, LLC, Pinnacle Exploration, Inc., and United Capital Partners, LLC—technology- and data-driven oil and natural gas companies specializing in the strategic acquisition of operated, non-operated, mineral, and royalty assets. Headquartered in Edmond, Oklahoma, United has established itself as an aggressive player in the Anadarko Basin, securing a premier position in some of the region’s most prolific and highest rate-of-return plays, including the STACK, SCOOP, Cherokee, and Merge.

Before founding these ventures, Casey held multiple executive and management positions with both public and private companies in the oil and gas sector, spanning finance, accounting, engineering, acquisitions and divestitures, and land. Most notably, he served within the American Energy Partners platform, founded by Aubrey McClendon, where the team raised over $14 billion in just two years to launch a portfolio of affiliated companies across exploration and production, minerals, royalties, and non-operated assets—many of which evolved into stand-alone enterprises.

In addition to his corporate career, Casey is a U.S. Army veteran who served 22 years, joining at the age of 19 as a private and ultimately retiring as a Major (Engineer). His journey from “Green” to “Gold” reflects a career marked by perseverance, leadership, and achievement. Casey’s military service included deployments and mobilizations across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. As a disabled veteran, he brings the discipline, strategic thinking, and resilience forged in military service into every aspect of his business and leadership approach.

Casey holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and has earned a Master of Business Administration (OU), Master’s in Energy Legal Studies (OCU), and Business Analytics (Harvard).

A lifelong Oklahoman, Casey lives in Edmond with his wife and high school sweetheart, Molly. Married for more than 18 years, they are proud parents to three children—Bennett, Fletcher, and Lyla. Outside of business, Casey is an avid outdoorsman, committed family man, and dedicated community member.
